Morning Star Pik Me – aka “Raisin”

Foaled 2004

13.2 hand

Welsh/Hanoverian pony

Raisin was home bred, raised with the best of care, and was carefully started and developed with no bad riding. She is daughter of Pikolo (also for sale at HCF) and sire “Rambur Nick At Nite.”  She is a black roan, wonderful to handle, and  very easy to ride. Kick for the change, awesome mover, fantastic jump and brave. She will find the distance every time. She was also used in a lease program to develop good Junior riders that eventually did the Junior Hunters and the big Eq / Medals. Champion every time out with a score of 76 in a hunter classic. Judge sent word down about loving her. She is a nice mare and in her prime. She is Welsh/Hanoverian crossed on Welsh/Arab. The Arab original went to the Pony Finals in ’93 with a score of 78 over fences. Her Sire is a Sport Horse National Champion Stallion Under Saddle and Reserve National Champion in Hand.  This pony is gentle enough for new beginners and loves doing cross rails, then can turn around and show in pony hunter at the same show.
